Maximum loss is 10% of the initial balance: $1,000.00 on $10,000.00. The floor is static at $9,000.00. Open losses count.
Daily loss is 5% of the higher of the balance and the equity at 00:00 MT5 server time (GMT+2 or GMT+3). It is not a flat 5% of the initial balance on later days. If both the 00:00 balance and the 00:00 equity are $10,000.00, the daily room is $500.00 and the floor is $9,500.00.
$50,000 and $100,000 are a different case. The program table recorded for this site showed 4% daily and 8% maximum on those sizes, while other High Stakes pages describe 5% and 10%. Those sizes are not given dollar limits on this page.

The program table lists 4% daily and 8% maximum on the $100,000 row. The drawdown FAQ works a $100,000 example at 5% daily and 10% maximum. The maximum-loss FAQ states 5% and 10% without a size split. No dollar limit is shown until that conflict is resolved.
